Is it possible to check-in early?
We cannot guarantee an early check-in but we do our best to accommodate and will allocate the first room available for you. Guests have the option to guarantee an early check-in by prebooking for an additional fee of £15.
How can I check-in online?
To save time at check-in, you can complete your registration card online. This allows guests to simply collect their key upon arrival and head straight to your room.
You will have received a link within your booking confirmation email which provides you access to our guest companion system this allows you to both check-in or check-out online as well as amend your booking, you can access our guest companion system at any point before, whilst you are staying with us and after.
To check-in online visit the guest companion system and complete your online registration form, once this is completed you will then receive an email one hour prior to check-in this will allow you to complete your online check-in. You will then receive an email confirming that your online check-in was successful and all you need to do is collect your key at reception.

Is it possible to check out after 11am?
You can request a late checkout and keep your room until 2 pm for a fee of £15.
How can I check-out online?
Checking out online offers you the option of a contact-free checkout allowing you to skip the queues at the reception desk in the morning and settle your bill to include any extras that you may have consumed throughout your stay.
You will receive an email from us one hour before your check-out is due to take place. The email will provide you with a link giving you access to our guest companion system which will allow you to settle your bill. You will then receive an email confirming that your online check-out was successful and all you need to do is drop off your key at reception.
What is the closest train station?
The nearest tube station’s to our Hotel is the Lambeth North Station which is a 4-minute walk and Elephant & Castle tube station is a 12-minute walk.
The nearest major railway station is Waterloo Station which is a 10-minute walk.
How do I get to the hotel from the Airport?
Our hotel is a 35 minute train journey from London City Airport and an hour and 10 minute train journey from both Heathrow and London Luton Airports.
How do I cancel or make changes to my reservation?
If you would like to amend or cancel your booking please check your cancellation terms which can be found on your booking confirmation email, amendments may be subject to a charge. What is your child policy?
Children of any age are welcome and will need to be accompanied by an adult throughout their stay. All cots are subject to availability. The minimum age for check-in is 18.

Our accessible rooms are available on request and subjected to availability.
Do you have family rooms?
Our family rooms host a maximum of 4 guests per room. We can also accommodate a child up to 5 years old sleeping in the same bed or in a travel cot.

We can store non-resident luggage for £5/piece.
Do you have a Car Park?
The Waterloo Hub Hotel has onsite parking. The car park is available to guests at a cost of £10 for day use and £20 for overnight. Parking is on a first come first serve basis and is payable via yourparkingspace.co.uk
I have a discount code where do I provide the code when I book?
All discount codes are only redeemable when booking directly on our website or over the phone with a member of our reservations team. If you are making your reservation on our website you will see a box called code which is where your discount code needs to be entered.
How can I hire your meeting rooms?
Our hotel offers 3 meeting rooms for hire which have everything that you may require to host a successful event. You can either speak directly with our reservations team or you are able to book your meeting room via our online booking system
What is the digital guest companion system and how can I access it?
Our digital travel companion allows you to manage your reservation via your device. Whether you require information about your upcoming reservation, need to obtain an invoice from a previous stay, or want to learn more about our hotel or services our digital companion makes it simple. The system also enables you to check-in and out online helping you to reduce your time at the reception desk. As well as these useful functionalities you can also add various enhancements to your stay.
You will be provided with a link to our travel companion system (Voyager) within your reservation confirmation and pre-stay emails. You can access our travel companion system at any time pre-stay, whilst you are staying with us, and post-stay.
