Deposit Policy

All reservations require payment for the first night’s rate at 16:00 on the day prior to your arrival. If we are unable to secure payment, guests have until 09:00 on the day of arrival to update their payment information, otherwise, their reservation will be automatically canceled and their room will be released for sale. Proof of ID and the card used for payment to make your reservation must be presented on check-in. If the booking has been made on behalf of a guest who will be paying, they will need to update the payment information using the online check-in option to a card they can present upon check-in. Proof of ID can only be one of the following: a passport, driving license or government-issued ID card
