If you find your room online at a lower price within 24 hours of making a booking with the same booking conditions, we will match it. Just contact us within 24 hours of making your booking with details of the website.

We will match if:

• You have an existing reservation with our own website
• You are still within the cancellation period of your booking
• The lower price is still available when we check and bookable online
• The lower price is for the same room that you have booked with our website
• The same check-in and check-out dates
• The same room type
• The same booking conditions (breakfast included, non-refundable, etc..)​

No Best Guarantee if you book our hotel room through:

• Group rates, corporate rates, wholesale rates, associate rates, or rates that are part of a travel package do not qualify.
• Rates that are part of a travel agent package or promotions do not apply (including booking basic via booking.com).

Guarantee Policy

A pre-authorisation of the first night’s value is obtained 24 hours prior to arrival. The pre-authorisation is not a charge and no funds have been debited from your account.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be amended or cancelled by 16:00 pm on the day prior to arrival to avoid a 100% charge of the first night’s accommodation.

Advance Purchase Rate

This rate includes service and VAT and is non-changeable, non-cancelable and non-refundable

Deposit Policy

Advance Booking: Full credit card deposit, 100% of stay at the time of booking.

Non-cancelable, Non-refundable, Full payment required
