Important Information

Guest Safety, Comfort, and Well-Being

To ensure that all of our guests have a safe & enjoyable stay with us we ask that all guests follow our house rules:

  • All guests need to vacate their room by 11 am on the day of departure. ​
  • Please consider other guests in respect of noise levels. Many of our guests are families who have small children.
  • As a fire precaution, we do not allow the use of candles or other open flames within the hotel rooms. We ask all residents under no circumstances to drape flammable objects such as towels or clothing, etc over light fittings or heaters.
  • Please refrain from smoking in all areas of the building.

Please note that smoking in non-smoking areas is illegal in England and offenders may be prosecuted.

Luggage Storage

We provide free luggage storage to our guests after check-out. We can also store non-resident luggage for £5/piece. Simply speak with a member of our reception team upon departure.

Taxis

Our reception staff is more than happy to order taxis for our guests. The reception will normally call your room once your taxi has arrived.

Wake Up Calls

As Reception is open 24 hours, it is possible to order a wake-up call for any time of day or night.

Car Parking

The Waterloo Hub Hotel & Suites has an onsite car park which is managed independently by YourParkingSpace. Parking is chargeable and is available on a first-come-first-served basis. You can reserve a parking space by visiting their website. Cashless payments can be made on arrival at reception for those who have not reserved their space.

Please contact Support@yourparkingspace.co.uk for any payment issues relating to the operation of the car park. One of the YourParkingSpace’s customer service team will be able to assist you.

Please note that vehicles and their contents are left at the owner’s risk. We do not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.

Emergency Services & Proceeders

Emergency Services Contact Information

To obtain Emergency services directly from your apartment, please dial 9 followed by 999.

The switchboard operator will then ask for the service required; fire, ambulance, or police, and the address of the property.

In any emergency situation, or for general assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the Reception

Fire

In the event of fire contact the fire brigade immediately by using the apartment phone. Dial 9 followed by 999 and asking for the fire service. Next, activate the fire alarms within the building by smashing one of the ‘Break Glass’ boxes located in the common landing areas. Under no circumstance should guests attempt to tackle fires themselves.

Fire Alarm Testing

Our Fire alarm is tested every Monday at 11:00. It will sound for about two minutes and then will be silent.

If the alarm is sounded after this time, please leave your room immediately. Follow the illuminated Fire Exit signs to your nearest exit.

Fire Evacuation Procedures

On hearing the fire alarm please leave your room immediately.

Do not use the lift, but use the stairwell and exit the building using the main entrance.

The assembly point is in front of the hotel, at the carpark.

Buses

Situated outside the hotel are buses that will bring you directly to London’s most popular attractions including London Eye, Trafalgar Square, British Museum, The Natural History Museum and many more.

Train Stations & The Underground

Lambeth North Underground station is just a two-minute walk from the hotel, with stops in popular stops including Oxford Circus and Paddington Stations.
